High flying Tottenham Spurs are planning to open up a new stadium in 2012 and the initial preparation are spot on so far.

The 56,250 seat proposal includes plans to build 434 new homes, a 150-room hotel and supermarket adjacent to White Hart Lane, where games will continue to be held throughout construction.
