The main event will feature recent UFC defection Dan Henderson challenging for the middleweight championship against Jake Shields along with the US debut of Japanese superstar Shinya Aoki, who’ll take on Gilbert Melendez with the lightweight title on the line.

The fact that Strikeforce and CBS were willing to air this in any form is a step in the right direction for an organization that has made a habit of pretending that its preliminary card does not exist.
