Brazilian champion Jose Aldo will make his first featherweight title defense against the former featherweight world champion Urijah Faber.

While in the 2nd title fight of the night is billed to be just as explosive featuring lightweight champion Ben Henderson against the challenger Donald Cerrone. This is a rematch of the Fight of the Year in 2009.
