It is the 3rd Test series between the countries in as many years, many people are complaining about the bordem of playing against a test nation over and over again but still BCCI arranged this Series and player will have to travel to Sri Lanka once again to play three test matches starting from 18 july 2010. Indian team is ranked N0.1 in the test rankings and will be hoping to maintain that against the opposition they defeated in the Asia Cup final few months ago. On the Other hand Sri Lanka will be hoping to avenge the defeat they suffered in the hands of India in last test series between the countries in the november 2009.

Preview and Prediction: This is kind of a series which might not be able to get the full attention of cricket fans around the world, India and Sri lanka has played so much cricket against each other in recent years that this series is tauted as yet another boring test event. But they still have to play three test matches and will be looking to get another series win overseas under their belt and consolidate their position as the Number One team in test matches. Im predicting a 1-0 Win for the Indians.
