Sri Lanka beat Australia 2nd ODI by D/L – 5 November 2010

After one of the most dramatic One Day International probably in the history of cricket, Aussies will be looking to get back to winning ways against Sri lankan side who are looking increasing dangerous playing against Aussies. As they have already defeated them twice this season, first in the twenty20 match while 2nd match was nothing short of drama, as Sri Lanka chased down the target set by Australia by just 1 wicket when Angelo Mathews and malinga managed to score 132 on 9th wicket partnerhsip which happend to be the one of the biggest in ODI cricket. Now they will take on each other for the next match.

Sri Lanka defeated Australia by 29 runs [D/L Method] and won the Series

Sri Lankan have a wonderful chance of securing a famous series win over Austrlia in Australia when they take on them in the 2nd ODI of the 3 match series. Sri Lanka will go into this match on the back of heroic win over them as they stole the show in the first ODI when at one point they look totaly out of the game as they lost 9 wickets and there were more than 130 requaired to win, but than came the shock as Malinga and Mathews built up a wonderfull partnership and got them home. Now Aussies will try to hit back hard and stop this loosing streak which started in India as they would want to go into the ashes with a good note
