England vs Holland Group Stage ICC Cricket World Cup 2011


In the next match in the World Cup we will have Current T20 Champions England will be taking on Holland for the Group B Match on 22 February 2011. This match will be played at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Jamtha, Nagpur. England will be playing against holland for the First time after that famous defeat in 2009 Twenty World Cup and they will be hoping to go all the way in this World Cup as they are yet to win the 50 Overs World Cup. They are coming into this match on the back of a Ashes win which was later overshadowed by their poor performences in the ODI Serie against Australia as they were hammered by defending Champions by 6-1 in the 7 match ODI.

England are a team which has great potential with many youngsters in the team they are playing really well since last year if we could exclude the ODI series against Australia they really are a good unit and they showed that in the Warm Up match against Pakistan, when they defeated Pakistan with and now will be looking to get another win under their belt.

Predictions: Holland beat England in 2009 T20 World Cup but Im sure that is not going to happen this time around for three reason, 1. Its a 50 Over match, 2. England are a btter side than 2009 team, and last but not the least there is no rain forcast.
