One of the most famous Soccer Sim game is back and this time back with a bang, FM 2012 is one of the finest in the series and it will be interesting to see how it does in the market as it does not have any big rivals to be honest. When you put the disc in and start the game and look around around, navigate through the dashboard and all that you might not see anything remotely brand new as compared to FM 2011, but once you start playing you will get to know the changes deep down in the game engine and fine tuned player interaction system.
The team talk and player interaction system has been refined and thats make it a fun part of this game, here are some of the things which has been improved or introduced.

Once we got our hands onto the real game it was apparent that football manager 2012 is much more user friendly as compared to its previous versions, managing your team from behind the scenes a lot more intuitive.
Footballers players emotions
Well thats something was missing in the previous version of the game, Football are humans too and they all have differing personalities that require specific levels managing and attentions. The FM 2012 has tried to make something where it will be different to manage a player like Rooney and a player like kaka, both of different attributes and emotions and it is interesting to use the different things on them to get the desired result.
