The Nerazzurri are slight favourites at San Siro. Coach Stramaccioni believes, both teams have had their problems on the start of this season.

Inter are trying to keep going after Juventus that stands at the top of the table. But they are four points behind. Stramaccioni’s team goes third and has twelve ponts in six matches. Inter have lost twice at home and now they will try to please their fans. Milan have already lost twice at home but they have a positive result in the Champions League.

Milan feels continuous pressure this season. They have played a 0-0 draw in the Champions League with Anderlecht, and then had a great result away against Zenit on matchday two. A good news that Alexander Pato has recuperated but he is still a doubtful starter. Esteben Cambiasso will continue in his new role at the centre of defence.

It is the first Derby of the season. Rossoneri stands on the eleven position with seven points. Boss Massimiliano Allegri has a great chance to get three points at home match.

Milan won Russian champions Zenit from St Petersburg 3-2 in the Champions League while Inter overcame Neftchi Baku with the score 3-1 in the Europa League.

Wesley Sneijder is a main doubt for Inter, case he sustained a thigh injury. Rodrigo Palacio, Dejan Stankovic and McDonald Mariga will also miss the game.

The Rossoneri will play without star Brazilian striker Pato. It means that Giampaolo Pazzini will start upfront with Stephan El Shaarawy.  Defender Didac Vila and midfielders Sulley Muntari and Rodney Strasser are also out of the game.
