On the 9th of December West Ham welcomes Liverpool at the Boleyn Ground in London.

The Reds will play without their suspended top-scorer Suarez. Sam Allardyce’s team will be looking to maintain their good stats against a visiting club.

 

West Ham is eights in EPL standings with twenty two points after fifteen games. Their present game form has seen two wins, one draw and two losses. Also, they have won just one of their last six EPL ties with Liverpool. The Hummers managed a great win over Chelsea with the score 3-1 last weekend and showed good game against Man Utd. So, Liverpool have to be ready for a hard game.

 

 

Liverpool is eleventh in the EPL table with nineteen points from fifteen rounds. In the last five games in all competitions they have two wins, two draws and one defeat. Liverpool won Southampton with the score 1-0 last weekend, and Udinese with the score 0-1 in midweek. They have qualified from the Europa League from the first place with ten points. It should be count, that Luis Suarez missed only eight games since joining Liverpool.

 

West Ham have a few key absentees ahead of the game against Liverpool. Forward Andy Carroll can’t play for his parent club, plus he is injured until January. Ricardo Vaz Te and Jack Collison are both long term out until the New Year. Alou Diarra will miss this game too, while George McCartney and Yossi Benayoun could return for this match.

 

Liverpool’s head coach Brendan Rodgers will play without star forward Luis Suarez. He has a one-match ban for gathering five yellow cards. Steven Gerrard was ill, but he is expected to come back. Fabio Borini and Martin Kelly will remain sideline. Nuri Sahin is under doubt.
