Sunderland goes fifteenth in the EPL standings with sixteen points after fifteen games. They have three wins, seven draws and six losses. Their present form has seen one win, one draw and three defeats in their last five matches. Sunderland had so needed midweek-win over Reading with the score 3-0. This victory has taken them out of the relegation zone. They are still just one point away from eighteenth placed Wigan. But they have a really hard run of games coming up with Southampton, Man City, Tottenham and Liverpool.
United captain Nemanja Vidic is going to make his comeback to the start squad after two months absence with a knee injury. Jonny Evans probably will miss out this game cause of hamstring injury after the game against Manchester City. Nani and Anderson both have the same problem are out of the game until the end of December. Shinji Kagawa with knee problem is under doubt. Wayne Rooney will rest cause of illness and could be replaced by Chicharito or Danny Welbeck. Antonio Valencia also could take place on the bench and rest after hard game with Manchester City.
Sunderland defender Wes Brown is out until the end of January. Cattermole has a knee injury, so he has no set to return. Danny Rose, Adam Johnson and Phil Bardsley are doubtful for this game.
