On December 17th Reading welcomes Arsenal at the Madejski Stadium in Reading. Wenger will try to rehabilitate after shock cup defeat from Bradford City. The Gunners will be looking for three points, while Brian McDermott’s team will be searching just second victory in this difficult season.

Reading are nineteenth in the league table with nine points sixteen games. They have won one, drawn six and lost nine matches. Their present form consists of five straight losses. Reading are in big trouble this season. They are in relegation zone and could fall away from the EPL.  They are six points away from safety line and have the worst form of anyone in the league.
