Their present form has seen three wins and two defeats from their last five games. Last five home fixtures have ended with four wins and one loss. Arsenal are at full strength again. Their only injury worries are backups Francis Coquelin and Lukasz Fabianski. They have won West Ham last week scoring five goals. Arsenal have been quite strong at home this season. Thomas Vermaelen could back in the Arsenal defence after ankle injury. Mikel Arteta could return after calf problems, but the most likely that Abou Diaby or Aaron Ramsey will play instead of the Spaniard, cause he should return to full fitness. Francis Coquelin has a hamstring injury, goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has an ankle injury, so they will miss out for the hosts. Gervinho is representing the Ivory Coast at the AFCON.
Jose Reina is expected to return after a hip injury instead of Brad Jones, who did a bad mistake in Oldham’s second goal. Andre Wisdom will most likely continue at right-back.
