Manchester United vs Everton Preview:

Date: February 10, 2013; Time: 4:00 PM UTC;

Venue: Old Trafford — Manchester.

Toffees are looking for Old Trafford win since 1992. David Moyes team will try to improve their sad record, while Sir Alex Ferguson’s men have only been defeated only once on their own grass so far this season.

Manchester United are at the top of the Premier League with sixty two points from twenty five games. Red Devils have twenty wins, two draws and three losses. It gives them a nine point lead over second-placed Man City.  They have been in great form with four victories and a draw in their last five matches. Their last five home games have seen five straight victories. Man Utd won Fulham with the score 0-1 last weekend.

Everton goes fifth in the league table with forty two points from twenty five matches, winning ten, drawing twelve and losing three so far this season. Toffees are three points behind Tottenham, which stands in fourth and the last Champions League place. They are unbeaten in their last five games with two wins and three draws. Last five games on the road Everton have finished with excellent four wins and a draw. They managed a dramatic 3-3 draw with Aston Villa last weekend.

Manchester United head coach Sir Alex Ferguson probably will make one change from the game against Fulham. Ryan Giggs could replace Michael Carrick, who is out due to hip injury, after England’s 2-1 victory over Brazil in midweek. Ashley Young is available after his recovering from a knee injury. Phil Jones will join long-term absentee Darren Fletcher due to illness.

Phil Jagielka missed England’s friendly game cause of a slight knock, but he could start at right-back in this match. Especially cause full-backs Tony Hibbert and Seamus Coleman are out of the game. David Moyes has no other fresh injury worries and could play with the same starting squad.
