New coach Andreazzoli is looking for first win against in-form Bianconeri. The Giallorossi still are without victory in 2013 and face a hard test against the Italian champions.

Roma goes ninth in Serie A standings with 34 points from 24 games, winning 10, drawing 4 and losing 10 so far this season. Roma have lost four of their last six games and presently goes 10 points behind third-placed Lazio. They are out of Champions League spot fight and will be hoping to get at least Europa League ticket. Their present form has seen only one win, two draws and two losses from last five games. Last five home matches Giallorossi have finished with three wins, one draw and one defeat. They have only been capable to get one win from their last 15 Serie A games against Juventus. Pablo Osvaldo and Erik Lamela are two goalscorers with 11 goals.

Juventus are at the top of the league table with 55 points from 24 games. They have won 17, drawn 4 and lost 3 games so far this season. Their present form has three wins, one draw and one defeat from five games. Last five games on the road Bianconeri have finished with three wins, one draw and one defeat. Goals from Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal, Alessandro Matri and Sebastian Giovinco helped Juve to win 4-1 in the first fixture earlier this season. Mirko Vucinic transferred from Roma to Juventus in 2011 and has scored 19 goals in 62 games.


Antonio Conte’s team will be looking to extend their winning run against interim coach Aurelio Andreazzoli. After 3-0 away win over Celtic in the Champions League Juve have no new injury worries. But Federico Peluso and Claudio Marchisio are suspended. Kwadwo Asamoah could return to the starting line after AFCON. Leonardo Bonucci is also available after serving his two-match ban. Forwards Mirko Vucinic and Alessandro Matri are once again expected to lead the attacking line, while Nicolas Anelka could make his Serie A debut from the bench. Paolo De Ceglie and Luca Marrone could also start from the first minutes.

Andreazzoli changed Zdenek Zeman on his post and made some transformations in 3-1 defeat to Sampdoria. Alessandro Florenzi is suffering from flu, while Pablo Osvaldo and Daniele De Rossi could face late fitness tests on their injuries. Roma can’t count on Leonardo Castan, Federico Balzaretti and Mattia Destro.
