British & Irish Lions 2017 Tour TV Channels Broadcasting Worldwide

British & Irish Lions will be touring New Zealand (All Blacks) this summer for three rugby international test matches in what will be one of the most anticipated Lions tour in recent history. The first test will be played on 24th June 2017 in Auckland, New Zealand but before that Lions will be playing six tour games against local rugby clubs. You can see the entire here. British & Irish Lions New Zealand Tour TV Coverage: This is one of the highly anticipated Lions tour and they will be hoping to win a series against New Zealand for the first time since 1971 and also register back to back wins having won 2-1 against Australia four years ago. Canada DirectTV Again there is no official confirmation yet but reports suggest DirectTV to broadcast three test matches live in Canada. If DirectTV fail to secure broadcasting rights in Canada Setanta Sports are likely to get TV rights in Canada.
United Kingdom SkySports have the exclusive rights for Lions tour and they will produce live coverage of all 10 matches including three official tests & 7 tour games live in UK and Ireland. No highlights packages announced on any terrestrial network.
Australia FoxTel has confirmed that they will produce live coverage of every tour game and the three test matches in the Australia.
South Africa SuperSports the leading sports network in Africa, SuperSport continue to bring top level sports coverage not only in South Africa but also in some other african nations. They confirmed broadcasting rights for Lions 2017 tour.
New Zealand Sky TV (paid subscription)
Italy Sky Italia is likely to produce live feed for only three official test matches with Italian coverage.
France Canal+ will produce live feed for Lions 2017 tour again in french coverage but only the three official matches.
Wales Sky Sports Welsh viewers have a choice to either watch the games live on SkySports UK or they can watch three test matches live on S4C with Welsh coverage.
Argentina & Latin America ESPN Latin America to produce live coverage of three matches in Argentina and other South American countries.
Pacific Islands Setanta Sports Asia will have live coverage in most of the Pacific Islands countries
Japana J Sports to show three test matches live in Japan with Japanese commentary.
