British & Irish Lions vs Gallagher Chiefs Highlights (The Lions Tour 2017)

British & Irish Lions will continue this highly anticipated New Zealand tour with another game against Maori All Blacks which is set to be the most competitive game on paper. The Lions vs The Maori All Blacks game is set to be played on Saturday, 17th June 2017 at the Rotorua International Stadium starting at around 08:35 am uk time and if you missed the live action, you can always tune in here for full match highlights afterwards.

The Lions have already lost twice in the opening four tour games and that kind of put them under pressure going into the first test against New Zealand which takes place on Saturday, 24th June. Their most recent outing was against Highlanders where they threw away a massive lead to lost 23-22.

British & Irish Lions vs Maori All Blacks Preview: The Lions are sweating on the fitness of Owen Farrell who is more than likely to miss out on the place in starting lineup with Dan Biggar replacing him. Johnny Sexton and Peter O’Mahony set to start against Maori in what will be the first competitive test for The Lions.

The result of this game will pretty much show how well prepared are the lions to take on world champions New Zealand. Owen Ferrel’s injury is a cause of concern but he should be fit to start when the real test against All Blacks starts next week.

Owen Ferrel is set to miss the next two tour games but hopeful to be fit for the real thing starting on 24th June 2017 against world champions New Zealand.
