Lions started the game stronger but had to make a comeback in later stages to win the second test 24-21. This win now setup the third and last test as winner takes it all in a weeks time on Saturday, 08 July 2017.

Second Test Match Highlights:

New Zealand outplayed British & Irish Lions in the first of three test matches with a convincing of 30-15 on Saturday night in Auckland. The Lions started the game in good shape but once New Zealand got going there was no stopping the world champions. Lions will have play out of their skin to win the remaining two test and win the series which looks highly unlikely considering the way New Zealand are playing.

Match Highlights of the first test between British and Irish Lions will be available couple of hours after the match is over. So if you missed the live action, tune in here for full match highlights.

British and Irish Lions finally take on New Zealand in one of the most anticipated rugby game of this year on Saturday, 24 June 2017 starting at around 08:35 uk time. The Lions have already lost twice in the opening four tour games and that kind of put them under pressure going into the first test against New Zealand which takes place on Saturday, 24th June. Their most recent outing was against Highlanders where they threw away a massive lead to lost 23-22.

British & Irish Lions vs Maori All Blacks Preview: The Lions are sweating on the fitness of Owen Farrell who is more than likely to miss out on the place in starting lineup with Dan Biggar replacing him. Johnny Sexton and Peter O’Mahony set to start against Maori in what will be the first competitive test for The Lions.

The result of this game will pretty much show how well prepared are the lions to take on world champions New Zealand. Owen Ferrel’s injury is a cause of concern but he should be fit to start when the real test against All Blacks starts next week.

Owen Ferrel is set to miss the next two tour games but hopeful to be fit for the real thing starting on 24th June 2017 against world champions New Zealand.
