This has been a wonderfull event with some great football throught the 2010 World Cup, Great number of goals were scored and teams entertained as with some lovely football, So i decided to post some of the best Goals scored in the event from Group stages to the Final of the World Cup. It was huge task and took me almost the whole day to compile the list of the best goals contenders. Check out the great goals and vote for best one.

Spain has won the World Cup and our coverage of the event is over here as Shakira Shakes it for you in the closing e ceremony of the world Cup. It was great performence by he at the end of the great event and made it even better with a her lovely moves and ofcource stunning voice. Spain are celebrating not only in South Africa but Madrid is rocking at the moment.

So after a very hard fought month dutch team will be taking on their spanish Counterparts for the Final match of the Fia World Cup 2010. Spain defeated Germany in the Semi Final where the domintated the possesion and had them under pressure for whole game, While Dutch reached via beating Uruguay in the Semi when Snieder, Bronckhorst and Robben scored to get a 3-2 win which enabled them to be in their first ever Final of the big Tournament. Spain and holland were always regarded as the greatest underachievers and now they have a chane to win the World Cup for the very first time in history, and that is something which will maek the game even better as we will have first time winner of the cup.

After a devastating world cup campaign German’s fell short again in the hands of spain second time as they were defeated by European Champions by 1-0 in the Semi Final match. It was a real blow for young German side who played best football in the world cup and won many fans over the way they played the game but now they have nother chance of leaving south Africa with good taste as they take on Uruguay for the 3rd Place match on Saturday 10 July, and Total Sports Madness will live stream the match here so please bookmark the site and comback before the match starts.

MATCH SUMMARY: Germany got off to a great start when Mullar scored his fifth of the World Cup which was a tapp in from few yards out after Schwanstiger had put keeper in trouble. But the game was level soon after when Cavani made it 1-1 on the night and the game was level at halftime. Forlan scored immediatly after halftime to put Uruguay 2-1 up but that did not last long as Germany came back with two goals from and won the match.

The Euro Cup final rematch will bring two of the best teams in World Cup head to head, German’s who absolutly demolish two of the tournament favourites, England and Argentina on their way to the Semi Final. Their Young squad has been in great form and right now look unbeatable. Spain on the other hand are struggling for kind of form we know they are capable of. With most of the other big game nations are out one can expect winner of this match to lift the trophy. When the last meet in the competitive match it was the final of the European Cup where Spain came out as winners when miss firing Fernando Torres score to bring cup glory to Spain.

In the first Semi Final of this year’s prestigious tournament Dutch team which is full of confidence after beating hot favorites Brazil in the last round, will be taking on highly impressive Uruguay side. Only South Amrican team in the last 4 which is a surprise as it all started pretty well for the Latin American. Uruguay had a great World Cup so far they heavily rely on their striker Suarez and Forlan to score goal. In the Quarter Finals they almost crashed out in the hands of Ghana but they won it on penalties. Now they face highly unpredictable Dutch team who can be devastating on their day. PREVIEW & PREDICTION: Dutch are coming into this match after the record breaking 22 games unbeaten and their confidence is sky high after eliminating Brazil from the World Cup while Uruguay struggled against home favorites Ghana in their encounter but they hang on the win on penalties which was a devastating blow for the GHANA team who believe they should have won the match. So on paper Holland look favorites to win the match but kind of results we are getting in the world cup this year anything can be possible. Now stakes are high and there is very little room for mistakes, so predicting a winner in this match is not easy but I will keep going until I get it right. Im going with a Holland win of 2-1 with Robben and and Kuyt scoring.

David Villa and Company will be taking on Paraguay in the last Quarter Final match of the World Cup, After the first match defeat Spain are back to their brilliant best scoring goal taking clean sheets and will be very confident of going to the Semi Final. on the other hand Paraguay yet another south American side scraped through to the quarter finals after defeating Japan on penalties and are a very dangerous side on their day. Preview and Predictions: Another poor performence by Spainish side but still managed to win coursey David Villa goal he scored in the depth moments of the match. Paraguay had a wonderful chance of getting the lead when they were awarded a penalty kick and Cordozo missed the penalty and straight after that Spain were handed a penalty when Villa was brought down in the box and Xibi Alonso missed his kick after he was asked to retake after a successfully scoring. Villa finaly put the game to bed when hescored in the 80th minute. .

Two of the most in form teams in the tournament so far will be going head to head, With Brazil crashing out last night both the teams will be thinking this is the best oppertunity to go on and win the World Cup and one can believe that winner of this match might well be in the finals. There is a lot of war of words going on as bastien Schwanstiger and Maradona exchanged words. With the kind of history between the two great footballing nations one can expect a super game of football which might very well be decided on Penalties. Match SummaryAfter a super start in the Match Germans made Argentina pay and kicked them out of the World Cup. Muller scored to open the scoring for the German’s within the first three minutes of the match and never looked out of sorts. Argentina could not handle the front players of Germany and lost the ball in the midfield several times. They managed to score three more goals in the second half. Argubaly two of the most attacking teams going forward will be locking horns in the First Quarter Final of the 2010 World Cup, They have met before in the same stage at the 1994 World Cup where Brazil won the match and eventualy went on to win the Big thing. While in 1998 Brazil again defeat Holland in the Semifinal book their place in the final where they lost to home tam France. Now after 12 years Holland have the oppertunity to take the revenge and finaly register a win over Brazil in the major tournament and that is easier said than done.

We have some surprise names in the last 8 of the tournament with some of the usual suspets out there. Two teams who performed unexpectedly are Urugauy and Ghana who had been in great form in the big event so far. both teams came through from relativly tough groups and faced tricky teams in the Round of 16.
